The Person Behind the Books
Meet JoAnn.
Twenty years of bookkeeping. Thirty years of project management. And one beachside coffee house that taught her what running a small business actually feels like from the inside.
That's the reason JoAnn started Small Business Solutions. She watched too many founders try to white-knuckle the books alone and lose months of real work to it. Today she works with entrepreneurs across the country, and she's still the one who answers the phone when you call.
What started as a one-person bookkeeping operation has grown into a thriving company, with a team of dedicated professionals committed to helping small business clients succeed. Twenty years of bookkeeping plus a thirty-year background in project management mean every client engagement runs on real discipline, not improvisation.
JoAnn's own time running a beachside coffee house shapes the way the team works with every client. They've helped many small businesses optimize operations, organize financial records, get a clearer view of their finances, improve cash flow, and build stable foundations for growth.
